THE QUEENS
OF SOUL

The Queens of Soul is dedicated to the female side of soul music and brings the deep feeling, touching elegance and immortal songs of the pioneers of soul to the stage.

First and foremost, of course, is the undisputed "Queen of Soul", Aretha Franklin, who became known with songs such as "I Never Loved A Man (The Way I Love You)", "Think" and "A Natural Woman". However, she became an icon of black music in the late 1960s when her song "Respect" was released by Atlantic Records and became one of the anthems of the American civil rights movement.

But Aretha Franklin was not the only woman to change soul music. Names like Etta James, Tina Turner, Gladys Knight, Martha Reeves, Dusty Springfield, Donna Summer, Whitney Houston, Diana Ross, Adele and Amy Winehouse are unforgettable. They all wrote music history with their hits and changed soul music in their own unique way.

The Queens of Soul show is a monument to all of these female soul legends. Seven great singers bring soul gems from the 60s to the present day to the stage. The female lead vocals are supported by a top-class band that gives the show its unmistakable and authentic sound.

Come and join the female side of soul music with hits like

… Respect, Think

…I'd rather go blind, At Last

... Nutbush City Limits, River Deep Mountain High

… Midnight Train To Georgia

… Dancing In The Streets

… I'm coming out, upside down

… Bad Girls, Hot Stuff

…I Wanna Dance With Somebody, How Will I Know

… Disco Inferno

… Rehab, Back To Black

...Hello, Rolling In The Deep

A tribute to the great ladies of soul.
